On the ground floor  is the kitchen / dining area with double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and island unit. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 double with en-suite bedroom including shower, basin and toilet, and a twin bedroom with separate main bathroom containing toilet, basin, bath and shower over the bath. 

On the first floor is a mezzanine lounge area (overlooking the kitchen/diner below), which features a TV/DVD and far-reaching views. Two separate sofa areas allow you to relax after a busy day out and about exploring. A selection of books and games are available on the first floor to help while away those wet weather days or times you want to just kick back and relax. Also on the first floor is a spacious king-size bedroom with wooden flooring, sloping ceilings and an en-suite shower room and WC.

Outside there is a pretty courtyard garden with garden furniture and a BBQ, beautifully stocked with pot plants and hanging baskets,

Adjacent to the property a games barn housing a pool, snooker, table tennis and table football table along with a dart board. A selection of children’s toys is also available. The games room is open 24/7. If you wish to store any items i.e. bicycles, surf boards etc during your stay inside the games room you are free to do so but this is done entirely at your own risk.

The BBQ is kept at the back of the games room to keep it protected in harsher weather, but is available for you to use as needed. Please ask hosts for access to gas bottle should you wish to use the BBQ. 

There is also access to the lower field which is ideal for a late afternoon lazy stroll to take in the views. For access to lower field please walk down the left side of the games room and along the grass path between the fencing where you will shortly reach a small wooden gate. Please ensure you close gates after use in case any livestock are in the field.

Parking for up to 4 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Games / Play facilities. Regret no smoking/vaping in the property / games room.

Travel cot, bed guard, changing mat, highchair and child stair gate available on request. Local amenities: Pub 1.5 miles, local shop 1.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm. Check out: 10am. Preferred changeover day: Friday. Though alternative change over days out of season can be arranged, just get in touch and we will be happy to help.
